Referral Program
Overview
The Landshare Referral Program is designed to encourage users to invite new participants into the Landshare ecosystem. It rewards both the referrer and the referee with incentives for purchasing LSRWA tokens. The program is structured to ensure transparency, fairness, and a consistent reward system.
Expanding our ecosystem is vital to bringing more users into the tokenized real estate space. A referral program is one of the most organic and cost-effective ways to achieve this, enabling our community to play an active role in Landshare's growth.
Program Structure
1. Referral Reward Mechanics
Referrer (User #1): A user who invites another individual to purchase LSRWA tokens.
Referee (User #2): The individual invited by the referrer who purchases LSRWA tokens.
2. Conditions for Rewards
Referee Reward
The referee receives 5% of their LSRWA token purchase.
A minimum purchase of $50 is required to qualify.
The reward cap is $25, which applies to purchases of $500 or more.
The referee must hold the purchased LSRWA tokens for a minimum of 30 days to claim their reward.
Referrer Reward
The referrer earns 5% of the referee’s total LSRWA purchase.
The maximum reward for the referrer is $25 per referral.
Referrer and referee rewards collectively represent 10% of the total referral purchase.
Bonus for Referrers
Referrers who complete 5 successful referrals within a given epoch receive a $10 USDT bonus.
3. Leaderboard and Epochs
The program operates in 3-month epochs.
Public Leaderboard: Tracks the performance of referrers and is updated in real-time.
Top Referrer Bonus:
At the end of each epoch, the top 3 referrers earn up to $100 USDT in bonus.
Bonus cannot exceed 10% of the total referral amount.
Example: If the #3 referrer generates $500 in referrals, their bonus will be $50 (10% of their referral amount).
At the end of each epoch, the leaderboard resets, and the next epoch begins.
🔐 Lock-Up Period for Rewards
30-Day Requirement
For both the referrer and referee to receive their rewards, the referee must hold their purchased LSRWA tokens for at least 30 days.
Reward Scenarios
If the referee holds tokens for 30 days or more: Both referrer and referee will receive their rewards.
If the referee sells or transfers tokens before 30 days:
Both referrer and referee will forfeit their rewards.
The referral will be deemed invalid.

Generate your referral link and customize if necessary.
Invite friends or community members to join Landshare using your referral link.
Monitor referral rewards and leaderboard status via your dashboard.
The program may be subject to periodic updates or adjustments.
Rewards are distributed after the 30-day holding period and verification of eligibility.
Landshare reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent activities or violating the program rules.
Identity verification is required for referee to participate in Landshare's Referral Program and engage with the LSRWA security tokens.
