LSRWA Express is a simplified, fully passive investment feature built on top of the Landshare platform. It allows users to deposit USDC and earn real-world, asset-backed yield, without needing to manually interact with $LSRWA tokens, navigate secondary markets, or participate in DeFi mechanics like staking or liquidity farming.
Behind the scenes, your deposit is used to acquire $LSRWA β Landshareβs RWA Token, which is tied directly to U.S. rental properties generating income and appreciating in value. Yield is auto-redeemed monthly and delivered in stablecoins (USDC), and your principal remains available for withdrawal following a brief lock period (managed via epochs β see next section).
Hereβs how a typical user journey might look:
Complete KYC
Using Swipelux ZeroID, users verify their identity in minutes. This is required to access LSRWA Express.
Deposit Stablecoins
Users deposit USDC into the Express vault.
Protocol Acquires $LSRWA
The system automatically uses your deposit to acquire LSRWA tokens behind the scenes.
Monthly Yield in USDC
LSRWA tokens generate yield from rent and appreciation, and the protocol redeems that yield monthly, distributing it to you in USDC.
Withdraw Principal
After your selected lockup/epoch cycle, you can withdraw your deposit, or choose to continue earning.
Your returns through LSRWA Express come from two main sources:
Rental income from tokenized U.S. real estate (paid out monthly)
Property appreciation β the LSRWA token value increases over time as the property value rises
π‘ You get all the benefits of owning real estate, without ever having to buy, manage, or sell a physical property.
LSRWA Express was designed with non-technical and passive investors in mind, but also benefits seasoned DeFi users who want to diversify without added complexity.
β Ideal for:
Web2 investors exploring crypto and tokenized assets
Stablecoin holders looking for real yield
Traditional real estate investors curious about DeFi
Crypto natives seeking low-volatility, real-world exposure
