Tokenization is the process of creating digital tokens on the blockchain which represent the ownership of various real world and digital assets.
RWAs cannot be tokenized directly, so instead they are placed in legal entities such as LLCs or corporations. In certain jurisdictions, ownership units of those entities can be converted to tokens on the blockchain. Through this process, each token represents co-ownership of the legal entity and, by extension, the assets themselves.
Landshare Holdings LLC is a limited liability company in the state of Wyoming which holds all Landshare RWA Assets. When purchasing and holding RWA Tokens, you are purchasing shares of the holding company, and therefore are a co-owner of all assets.
