Quickstart Game Guide
When you first get your NFT and activate it, the next step will be to begin resource production. In order to do this, you must buy the Lumber Mill Level 1:

As you can see above, the cost of a Lumber Mill Level 1 is 20 Power and the yield is 2 Lumber per day.
When you activate your NFT, you will not have any power available initially. There are 2 options to get the power needed: wait for some time to pass, or buy Power with LAND:

This option is available in the Resources tab near the top of the page.
Once you get at least 20 power, you can buy Lumber Mill Level 1 and begin producing lumber resource. It is highly advised that you Boost your lumber production by pressing the orange boost button seen here:

Boosts will last indefinitely until you decide to boost another resource. Only one boost can be active at a time!
If you would like another head-start in the game, you can also use the Gather Lumber function in the Resources tab:

This allows you to Gather up to 2 Lumber per day. Each lumber costs 15 Power.
Once you have gathered some Lumber, there are a few options to consider for your second upgrade.

Hardwood Floors is an example of a yield upgrade. It will increase your yields, but also increase your Lumber Repair costs! Please see this section for more details on yield upgrades:
Early production upgrades are great a great way to lay a solid foundation for upgrading and developing your property. Using your Lumber, you can do any of the following upgrades:
- Wind Farm Level 2: Increase your Power generation from 15 to 20 per day.
- Lumber Mill Level 2: Increase your Lumber production from 2 to 3 per day.
- Brick Factory Level 1: Begin producing the tier 2 resource, Brick.
See the Resources and Facilities page for more details:

There is 1 Production upgrade available with Lumber - the Toolshed! This upgrade is very useful in reducing repair costs and is especially useful when you have already built at least 1 yield upgrade. See the section below for more details:
